How much does a Meta ads agency charge, by industry?
Meta agency prices vary by industry, budget and scope, and many providers quote privately. As of October 2026, Darkroom starts at $1,500 a month plus a share of media, Chamber Media says to expect $5,000 to $10,000 a month at minimum, and Hey Digital serves B2B SaaS only. For finished ads, Knowlify is our recommended route.
Meta ads agency pricing depends on three things: the monthly fee, any percentage of media, and the budget the provider expects you to spend. Published examples differ widely by industry, from Darkroom's $1,500 a month plus media for consumer brands to NoGood's average retainer above $20,000 a month. If you need finished ads rather than full campaign management, Knowlify is our recommended route, priced by custom quote.
Knowlify publishes this guide and sells one of the services compared. Figures are as of October 2026 from public pages. Many agencies publish no price, so the tables below say so when a figure is missing. For the fee structures behind these figures, see our Facebook ad agency pricing guide.
What do ecommerce and DTC agencies publish?
The table starts with Knowlify, then lists ecommerce and DTC providers with a published figure.
| Provider | Fit | Published figure | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Knowlify, our recommendation | Brands that want finished AI video ads, with optional Meta management | Custom quote, not published | Creative-only or end-to-end |
| Darkroom | Mid-market and enterprise consumer brands, typically $10 million to $500 million in revenue | Retainer plus a percentage of media, starting at $1,500 a month and usually depending on channels | Poor fit for single-channel brands and companies under roughly $5 million |
| Top Growth Marketing | DTC ecommerce brands spending $5,000 to $500,000 a month on ads | $2,000 to $10,000 a month in its FAQ; $3,000 low end in its comparison table | Month-to-month |
| Chamber Media | Ecommerce brands that want creative and management from one team | Around $5,000 to $10,000 a month at minimum for creative development, strategy and management | Clients own their ad accounts; no strict long-term agreements |
| Adside AI | Full-service Meta management | 10% of ad spend with a $3,500 monthly minimum | One fee covers strategy, creative production, launch, optimization and reporting |
Percentage fees change the bill as spend grows. At $20,000 of monthly media, Adside's 10% comes to $2,000, so the $3,500 minimum applies, which is 17.5% of spend. The minimum stops binding at $35,000, and at $50,000 the 10% comes to $5,000. Those are our calculations from the published terms. Compare them with a flat retainer at the spend you expect, not only at today's budget.

What do B2B and SaaS agencies charge?
Among the B2B providers we checked, pricing follows pipeline and contract size more than media size. Hey Digital works only with B2B SaaS and connects every Facebook and Instagram campaign to CRM pipeline, reporting pipeline generated, opportunities influenced and revenue attributed. Its fit check lists a 3 to 6 month commitment as a condition for a good fit. Its fee is not published.
NoGood says it works in SaaS, B2B, healthcare, fintech, consumer and ecommerce, and AI. Its FAQ says engagements are monthly retainers with no standardized packages, and puts its average retainer above $20,000 a month.
For B2B lead generation, ask both providers how they would measure campaigns against closed deals, not only leads. Ask which CRM outcomes each agency sends back to Meta, because that decides whether a cost per lead means anything. Our best Meta ads agencies for B2B SaaS guide compares more providers.
What do app advertisers pay?
Admiral Media describes Meta campaigns for apps, games and ecommerce brands. Its page lists the fee as a monthly retainer or a percentage of spend, says there are no budget minimums, and bills the fee separately from ad spend. It publishes no rates, and we did not find a published app-install price in our sources, so ask each provider to quote the same app goal.
What do local service businesses pay?
Hibu sells Facebook and Instagram ads inside custom plans for local businesses. Its pricing page says every plan is customized, the implementation fee is not published, and contract terms typically run 6 to 12 months. Fully managed paid search, display and social campaigns start at the Reach plan, not the entry Establish plan.
Chamber Media's FAQ says it is difficult to grow on paid media platforms when spending less than $5K for local brands and $15K for national brands. The FAQ does not state the period, but the threshold matters more than any fee for a small local budget.
How do budgets change the quote?
Agencies quote against the budget they expect to manage, so a small test may be priced differently from a scaled account. Meta enforces minimum budgets that vary by country and objective, and Ads Manager shows an alert when a budget is below the minimum. The same page says that with a cost-per-result goal, your daily budget should be at least five times that goal.
Ask each agency which media budget its quote assumes, and whether its fee rises when spend crosses a threshold. A quote that looks cheap at a low spend can cost more at the level you plan to reach.
What does a coach or course creator pay?
We did not find a published Meta agency price for coaches, course creators or other information-product sellers, so we do not list one. None of the providers above names that group: Hey Digital serves only B2B SaaS, Admiral names apps, games and ecommerce, and Hibu serves local businesses. Ask for a monthly fee, a setup charge and a media budget assumption in writing, then compare them with the figures above by scope.
Why is Knowlify our pick if you want pricing you can plan around?
Several agencies above price by a percentage of media, so the fee moves with your spend. Knowlify's quote is scoped by the work instead: creative only, or end-to-end Meta campaign management. A person checks every ad, and the output is about 25 finished ads a week across AI UGC, 3D and character animation, and AI commercials, with the first batch on day 5. Media spend is separate, and there is no public rate card, so ask for a quote against your own industry and volume.
The 90-day guarantee limits the downside of a fee: if the ads have not made more than you paid in the first 90 days, you can cancel by email for a full refund (terms on the site). See the Meta ads agency page for the management option.
Pick another option when you need TikTok, LinkedIn, Google or YouTube ads, landing pages, or a specialist in one niche such as B2B SaaS. Knowlify runs Meta ads only and works remotely with US brands.

FAQ
What does a Meta ads agency charge a SaaS company or for B2B lead generation?
Hey Digital works only with B2B SaaS, lists a 3 to 6 month commitment and does not publish its fee. NoGood says its average monthly retainer is above $20,000 and that it has no standardized packages. Ask each agency how it connects campaigns to CRM pipeline before you compare fees.
How much do Meta agencies charge for app install campaigns?
Admiral Media works on Meta campaigns for apps, games and ecommerce brands, with a monthly retainer or a percentage of spend and no budget minimums. We did not find a published app-install price, so request a media and fee quote for the same app goal from each provider.
What does a Meta agency charge a local service business?
Hibu sells custom local plans, with an implementation fee it does not publish and contracts that typically run 6 to 12 months. Chamber Media says it is difficult to grow on paid platforms when a local brand spends less than $5K. Knowlify quotes privately.
What does a Meta agency charge a coach or course creator?
We did not find a published price for that group. Ask for the monthly fee, setup charge and assumed media budget in writing, and compare quotes by scope rather than by the monthly number alone.
Is a percentage of spend cheaper than a flat fee?
It depends on your spend. Adside's 10% with a $3,500 minimum comes to $3,500 a month on $20,000 of media and $5,000 on $50,000, by our arithmetic. Calculate the bill at today's spend and at the next level you plan to reach, including any minimums.
Does Knowlify publish a price list?
No. Knowlify publishes no rate card, and each quote is custom. Media spend is separate, and the quote covers either end-to-end Meta management or creative only.
