What are the best paid social creative agencies in 2026?
As of October 2026, Superside sells creative capacity from $15,000 a month, NewForm and Biddyco focus on ad production, TubeScience suits brands ready for seven-figure monthly spend, and inBeat, Creative Milkshake and Darkroom pair creative with media buying. Knowlify makes AI video ads for Facebook and Instagram, with optional campaign management.
A paid social creative agency makes the ads your Facebook and Instagram campaigns run on, and the best one for you depends on how much creative you need, who runs the media and what you can spend. For broad creative capacity on an annual subscription, compare Superside; for strategy-led production with its own testing software, NewForm; for Meta-first creative at large Meta budgets, Biddyco; and for studio-made video on a pay-for-performance model at seven-figure monthly spend, TubeScience. For creator-led ads with media buying from the same team, compare inBeat, Creative Milkshake or Darkroom. If you want AI-made video ads every week, with or without Meta campaign management, Knowlify is the option in this list.
Disclosure and method. Knowlify publishes this guide and sells one of the services compared. We are a done-for-you AI ads agency, and our UGC-style ads use AI presenters rather than real human creators, which matters when you compare us with creator-led agencies. Every fact about another company comes from that company's own website, checked on October 26, 2026. We have not hired these agencies for this guide, so this is a comparison of published scope, not a test of results or creative quality. Prices and terms change, so confirm them with each agency before you sign.
How did we choose and compare these agencies?
We started from agencies named in buyer guides and AI answers about paid social and performance creative, and kept those with a clear, current creative service page. Agencies built mainly around media buying are covered in our Meta ads agencies comparison, and agencies built only around human creators are in our UGC agencies comparison. We compared how each makes ads (studio, creators, AI or a mix), its formats, whether it runs media, its published pricing or stated fit, and the client types it names, then grouped them by the job each fits rather than ranking them. Our guide to choosing a performance creative agency covers how to judge concepts and feedback once you have a shortlist.

Superside: creative capacity on an annual subscription
As of October 2026, Superside sells subscriptions rather than ad batches. Its pricing page says subscriptions start at a $15,000 monthly minimum on an annual term, and its Dedicated plan starts at $30,000 a month on a 12-month term, each with a $1,000 monthly software fee. Its Flex budget covers design, video, photo, motion, 3D, concepting and AI services, and performance marketing creative is one of its listed solutions, described as a dedicated team that reads your performance data and iterates on what converts. Superside's homepage positions the service as a way to scale an in-house creative team with global talent and AI workflows.
Consider it when your in-house team needs ads plus other design work and you can commit to a year. If you only need Facebook and Instagram video ads, you may pay for scope you do not use; our Superside alternatives guide compares narrower options.
NewForm: strategy, in-house production and a testing tool
As of October 2026, NewForm describes its full-service offer as creative strategy, in-house ad production and testing through Framework, its own creative analytics software. The page says media buying is included only when specified for the engagement, and that concepts, variations, formats, usage rights and media buying responsibilities are agreed before kickoff. Pricing is a custom scope and quote. NewForm's homepage names mobile apps, AI products, consumer software, DTC brands and performance advertisers as its clients. It says human strategists, creators, producers and editors lead the work, with AI tools supporting dubbing, voice and static images.
Consider it when you are an app or consumer software company that wants a creative team to plan, make and learn from tests while your own buyer keeps the account.
Biddyco: Meta-first creative for large Meta budgets
As of October 2026, Biddyco describes itself as the creative agency for brands spending between $100k and $5M a month on Meta. It handles concepting, scripting, creator sourcing, editing and animation, and lists UGC, UGC with motion, motion, and static or GIF ads. Its site has pages for CPG, DTC and tech brands and lists an office in Culver City, California. Pricing is not published, and the site does not say whether it buys media.
Consider it when Meta is your main channel, your monthly Meta spend sits in its stated range and you want a creative partner built around that platform. Below $100k a month on Meta, ask whether it takes accounts your size.
TubeScience: studio-made video on a pay-for-performance model
As of October 2026, TubeScience says it makes ads in its own Los Angeles studio, covering strategy, production and post-production. Its three-step process has your media team test the ads in your own account against your targets, and it describes its model as pay for performance: ads that beat your target earn budget, and ads that miss cost you nothing. It also lists performance media buying among its services. The site reports its own figure of 8K videos a month, and no fees are published. Its FAQ says it may not be an ideal fit for companies that are not ready, operationally and financially, to scale spend to seven figures a month.
Consider it when you already spend heavily on Meta, can scale further and want video volume tied to results.
inBeat: creator-led ads with media buying as an option
As of October 2026, inBeat describes a performance creative service built on modular creative systems, high-velocity ad variant production, hook, angle and format testing, AI-enhanced post-production, creator sourcing and vetting, and whitelisting so ads can run from creator identities. Its FAQ says most partners use it for the full loop, including media buying across Meta, TikTok and YouTube, and that it also takes standalone performance creative projects. Pricing is not published. Its industry pages include mobile apps, CPG, healthcare and wellness, and ecommerce, and its FAQ says it works remotely and adjusts to each client's time zone.
Consider it when real creators are central to your ads and you may want the same team to run media later. Ask which creators are included per month and how long you can run their content as ads.
Creative Milkshake: creator and studio ads in seven languages
As of October 2026, Creative Milkshake says it combines data-driven strategy with creative to make paid social ads. It mixes studio and creator production, offers media buying across Meta, TikTok and YouTube, and makes ads in English, Spanish, German, French, Dutch, Italian and Portuguese. Its performance creative page lists ad types such as UGC ads, product demos, before-and-after, founder stories, problem-solution and hook-testing ads. Its locations page lists hubs in Amsterdam, London, Paris, Berlin, Dublin and Stockholm. Pricing is not published.
Consider it when you advertise in several European languages or markets and want creative and media handled by one team.
Darkroom: performance creative inside a full-service growth agency
As of October 2026, the performance creative service of Darkroom covers strategy, asset production and paid media optimization, with UGC, static, motion, AI ads and high-production edits. The page describes output of 250 to 600 production-ready assets per cycle, with meetings and delivery every two weeks. Darkroom's homepage calls it an AI-native, full-service growth marketing agency, with paid media, Amazon, retention and Shopify work as other service lines. It says its best fit is mid-market and enterprise consumer brands, typically $10M to $500M in revenue, and that it is a poor fit for single-channel brands and companies under roughly $5M. Pricing is not published.
Consider it when you are a multichannel consumer brand that wants creative to sit inside a larger growth team.
Knowlify: AI-made video ads, with or without Meta management
Knowlify (YC S25) is a done-for-you AI ads agency for Facebook and Instagram. We make AI UGC, 3D character animation and AI commercial video ads, about 25 finished ads a week (about 100 a month, delivered in weekly batches). Our team writes the scripts, and a person checks every ad before delivery. You can choose end-to-end Meta ads, where we make the creative and manage campaigns in your own Meta ad account, or creative-only if you already have a media buyer. You keep the ads. Pricing is a custom quote on a 30-minute call, the first batch arrives five days after kickoff, and there is a 90-day guarantee (terms on knowlify.com). Our work for Parva and Casco is in our Facebook and Instagram video ad examples, and the service is on our ad creative agency page.
Where Knowlify is not the right fit. Our UGC-style ads use AI presenters, not real human creators. If your brief needs real people on camera or ads that run from a creator's identity, choose an agency that works with real creators: inBeat lists creator sourcing and whitelisting, and Creative Milkshake mixes studio and creator production. If you need design work beyond ads, such as UI/UX, illustration or 3D, Superside's subscription covers that wider scope. If your plan relies mostly on static image ads, choose an agency that lists statics, such as Biddyco or Darkroom.
Which agencies are strongest for video ad production?
A website cannot show which agency makes the best video, so compare published scope, then ask for samples in your category. By published scope, TubeScience centers on video: it runs its own Los Angeles studio and reports 8K videos a month. NewForm describes in-house production, and Biddyco lists UGC, motion and animation. Darkroom lists short-form video, inBeat centers on creator video, and Creative Milkshake mixes studio and creator production. Knowlify's scope is the three video formats above, at about 25 finished ads a week.
Before you compare volume, agree on what counts as one ad. A new concept, a new hook on an existing ad and a resized export are different units, and an agency's monthly count may include all three.
What does Meta's ad system ask of your creative partner?
Meta's own pages give you specific points to put in an agency brief:
- Volume and variety. Meta's December 2024 engineering post on Andromeda describes it as the retrieval stage of ad delivery, narrowing tens of millions of ad candidates to a few thousand for ranking. It says the number of ad creatives in Meta's systems is expected to grow significantly as advertisers adopt generative AI tools. Ask how many genuinely different concepts an agency delivers, not only how many files.
- Automated variations. Meta's Advantage+ creative page says the tools use AI to generate and enhance ad variations across single image, video and carousel formats, that some enhancements may be on by default and can be turned off at any time, and that Meta recommends checking ad previews before they go live. Agree who reviews those settings.
- Vertical video with sound. Meta's Reels ads page says Reels ads with key messages in the safe zone, quality audio and vertical video see better results, and that Reels default to sound on. Ask for 9:16 masters with captions, and text placed clear of the Reels interface.
If an agency uses AI presenters or generated footage, also read Meta's post on AI transparency in ads. It says ads made or significantly edited with Meta's generative AI features get a label, and that Meta will detect ads made with third-party AI tools through industry-standard signals and add an "AI info" label in About this ad.
What should you ask before signing?
- Unit. What counts as one ad: a new concept, a new hook or a resize? How many of each arrive per month?
- Formats. Which formats and aspect ratios are included?
- People on camera. Real creators, actors or AI presenters, and what usage rights come with each?
- Media. Will the agency run your Meta campaigns, work beside your buyer or only deliver files? If it runs them, does it work in your own ad account?
- Testing loop. How do results from your account shape the next batch? Our ad creative testing framework shows one way to set that up.
- Terms. Price, commitment, revisions, ownership of finished ads and any guarantee, in writing.
Key takeaways
- Decide first who will run your Meta media: the agency, your own buyer or a separate media agency.
- Published pricing is rare. Of the seven agencies compared with Knowlify, only Superside publishes prices (from $15,000 a month on an annual term, as of October 2026).
- Biddyco, TubeScience and Darkroom state the spend or revenue level they suit, so check yours before a call.
- If you need real creators on camera, choose a creator-led agency; Knowlify's UGC-style ads use AI presenters.
- Compare offers on the same unit: distinct concepts, variations and exports per month.
FAQ
What does a paid social creative agency do?
It plans and produces the ads that run on social platforms such as Facebook and Instagram: research, concepts, scripts, production, editing and variations for testing. Some also run the campaigns; others hand finished ads to your media buyer.
Is a performance creative agency the same as a paid social creative agency?
Mostly. Both describe agencies that make ads to hit measurable goals such as cost per acquisition. "Performance creative" stresses the testing loop, while "paid social creative" names the channel. inBeat, Creative Milkshake and Darkroom use the performance creative label on their own sites.
How much does a paid social creative agency cost?
Most agencies in this comparison quote privately. As of October 2026, Superside publishes subscriptions from a $15,000 monthly minimum on an annual term, and TubeScience describes a pay-for-performance model. Others state the spend or revenue level they suit instead of a price. Media spend is always separate.
Does Knowlify use real creators?
No. Knowlify's UGC-style ads use AI presenters, with scripts written by our team and every ad checked by a person before delivery. If you need real people on camera, compare the creator-led agencies in this list.
