Ecommerce Facebook Ads Agency: 8 Best Meta Options for DTC

Which Meta ads agencies are best for ecommerce and DTC brands?

As of October 2026, Common Thread Collective's Meta page invites brands spending $100,000 or more a month, Flighted serves DTC brands spending $20,000 to $500,000 or more on paid social, and Top Growth Marketing publishes fees from $2,000 a month. Pilothouse and MuteSix pair media buying with in-house studios. Knowlify makes AI video ads, with optional Meta management.

The right ecommerce Facebook ads agency depends on two things: how much you spend on Meta each month, and whether your bottleneck is media buying or creative. As of October 2026, Common Thread Collective and Flighted publish spend levels aimed at larger DTC brands, Pilothouse and MuteSix pair Meta buying with in-house studios, Voy Media adds a creative studio, Structured adds email, SMS and CRO, and Top Growth Marketing publishes its fees. Knowlify, which publishes this guide, makes AI video ads for Facebook and Instagram and can also run the campaigns.

Disclosure and method. Knowlify publishes this guide and sells one of the services compared: AI-made Facebook and Instagram ads, with optional Meta campaign management. Facts about each agency come from its own website, checked on October 26, 2026, and are linked where they appear. This is a comparison of published scope, not a test of results: we have not hired these agencies, and we left out the self-reported performance figures on their sites. Confirm prices and terms on each agency's page before you sign.

How did we choose these ecommerce Meta agencies?

We included currently operating agencies that publish a Facebook and Instagram (Meta) service and say they work with ecommerce or DTC brands. Each also appears in at least one ecommerce agency roundup we reviewed for this guide. We compared:

  1. Who it serves. Any published ad spend or revenue level.
  2. What it owns. Media buying, creative, landing pages and measurement.
  3. Creative capacity. Formats and any published volume or turnaround.
  4. Published terms. Fees, minimums and contract length.
  5. Meta credentials. Whether it says it holds a Meta Business Partner badge. Meta says eligibility varies by solution type and is typically based on the quantity and quality of a company's work across Meta technologies.

This page is narrower than our general Meta agency shortlist, which covers apps, B2B and multichannel work. For a process to judge any agency, use the ecommerce ad agency evaluation guide.

Which Meta advertising agencies fit larger DTC brands?

Common Thread Collective: Meta buying tied to margin

Common Thread Collective's Meta ads page, checked October 26, 2026, says it is built for ecommerce brands and invites brands spending $100,000 or more a month on Meta to get in touch. Its Prophit Engine brings creative strategy, media buying, financial forecasting and incrementality testing together, with a dedicated Prophit Engineer owning the forecast and execution instead of separate strategists, buyers and analysts. It says it optimizes for contribution margin. Pricing and minimums are not published.

The Common Thread Collective Ad Creative page sells creative separately: short-form, phone-style UGC videos made with creators it selects, delivered as final cuts plus raw assets, and branded ads built from a brand's existing assets. It lists three to four weeks for UGC batches and seven days for branded batches.

Best for DTC brands at that spend level that want Meta decisions tied to forecasts and margin. If your budget is well below it, ask about fit first.

Flighted: media, creative and landing pages as one team

As of October 2026, Flighted describes itself as a New York paid media agency and a badged Meta Agency Partner serving DTC and ecommerce brands that spend $20,000 to more than $500,000 a month on paid social. It says its in-house editors and designers produce more than 1,000 unique creatives a month, and that its landing pages are designed mobile-first. It also lists B2B SaaS and regulated health brands as clients it serves. Pricing is not published.

Best for brands in that range that want the ad, the landing page and the buying handled by one team. Ask how many of those monthly creatives would be made for your account.

Which agencies pair Meta buying with an in-house creative studio?

Pilothouse: creative and buying for established DTC brands

Pilothouse's Meta page, checked October 26, 2026, is headed "Meta Ads Agency for DTC Brands" and calls the company a Meta Business Partner. Its scope covers performance creative (static, motion and UGC, with hook, story and offer testing across feeds, Reels and Stories), funnels and landing pages, media buying across an Advantage+ campaign mix, and attribution tied to revenue. It shows a figure of more than 5,000 creative assets a month without saying whether that is per client or in total.

Pilothouse's homepage FAQ says it is built for established DTC ecommerce brands, combines monthly retainers, performance incentives and custom project scopes, and typically begins onboarding within 5 to 10 business days of signing. No minimum spend is published.

Best for an established DTC brand that wants Meta creative and buying from one team, with email, SMS, Google and Amazon also on its service list.

MuteSix: Meta as part of an omnichannel plan

As of October 2026, MuteSix's Facebook ads page describes creative backed by extensive testing, made by its in-house studio, StudioSix, and refers to DTC brands on Meta and Instagram; ecommerce is among the business types it lists. The MuteSix homepage describes an omnichannel approach spanning paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest), retail media (Amazon, Walmart and Target), paid search on Google and SMS marketing. Pricing and minimums are not published.

Best for brands that want Meta run inside a wider channel plan. Ask who works on your Meta account each day and how creative requests reach the studio.

What are the top agencies for Facebook ad creative for ecommerce?

If your media buyer is doing well and the shortage is new ads, compare creative scope first. Common Thread Collective sells creative on its own, and Knowlify offers creative-only work for teams with their own buyer.

Voy Media: a creative studio inside Facebook and Instagram management

As of October 2026, Voy Media's homepage lists full-service Facebook and Instagram ads with a dedicated account manager and lead strategist, retargeting, custom audiences, dynamic product ads and a creative studio. It says it focuses on direct response and customer acquisition in ecommerce, lead generation and mobile, for clients from Fortune 500 companies to small startups. The Voy Media Creative Studio page lists UGC, at-home creator videos, video production and editing, product and lifestyle photography, and copywriting. The Voy Media pricing page says packages are based on total ad spend, optimizations and growth, and shows no prices.

Best for an ecommerce brand that wants creator video, product photography and Facebook and Instagram management from one team.

To judge any creative agency, look at real examples in the format you need; our Facebook and Instagram video ad examples show public Knowlify client ads for Parva and Casco.

Which agency covers Meta plus email, SMS and CRO?

Structured: paid media with retention and conversion work

Structured's paid media page, checked October 26, 2026, lists conversion-focused creative (including UGC hook testing), full-funnel media buying across Meta, TikTok, Google and more, landing page optimization and CRO, and profitability-focused reporting. Pricing starts at $6,500 plus a percentage of spend; the page does not say whether the $6,500 is monthly.

The Structured FAQ says it does best with brands that have $150,000 or more in monthly business revenue, that the default contract is 60 days and then month-to-month, and that it manages paid media on Facebook and Instagram among other platforms. It also lists email and SMS lifecycle marketing.

Best for a DTC brand past that revenue level that wants Meta acquisition, retention email and site testing planned together.

Which Meta advertising agencies are best for small ecommerce businesses?

Top Growth Marketing has the lowest published ad spend floor in this comparison and is the only agency here with a published fee range. Voy Media says small startups work with it, but publishes no spend level or prices.

Top Growth Marketing: published fees and a $5,000 spend floor

As of October 2026, Top Growth Marketing's Facebook ads page says it works with DTC ecommerce brands spending $5,000 to $500,000 a month on ads, with $5,000 as its floor and $20,000 to $500,000 as its sweet spot. Its FAQ lists fees of $2,000 to $10,000 a month, while a comparison table on the same page shows $3,000 to $10,000, so confirm the starting fee. Engagements are month-to-month with 30 days' notice, and it offers a first-month money-back guarantee.

The same page says in-house static, video and UGC creative is included in the monthly fee, with six to eight new hook concepts a month on most accounts, and that its tracking work covers Pixel setup, the Conversions API and server-side tracking. It asks for admin access to your Facebook ad account, Business Manager and catalog. The Top Growth Marketing homepage says its sweet spot is seven- and eight-figure DTC brands on Shopify.

Best for a Shopify brand near the low end of that spend range that wants published fees, included creative and no long contract.

How to judge fit on a small budget

At small budgets, the agency fee can be a large share of total spend. If a brand at Top Growth Marketing's $5,000 floor paid the bottom of its published fee range, $2,000, the fee would equal 40 percent of the media budget (our arithmetic, not a quote). That can still work if the fee covers creative, but keep the fee, creative cost and media budget on separate lines. Our Facebook ad agency pricing guide has a worksheet for that comparison.

Where does Knowlify fit, and where is it the wrong choice?

Knowlify (YC S25) is a done-for-you AI ads agency for Facebook and Instagram. It makes AI UGC, 3D character animation and AI commercial video ads, about 25 finished ads a week (about 100 a month, in weekly batches). The team writes the scripts, and a person checks every ad before delivery.

You can choose end-to-end Meta ads, where Knowlify makes the creative and manages the campaigns in your own Meta ad account, or creative-only if you already have a media buyer. You keep the ads. Pricing is a custom quote on a 30-minute call, the first batch arrives five days after kickoff, and there is a 90-day guarantee (terms on knowlify.com).

Knowlify is not the right fit if:

  • You need real people on camera. Knowlify's UGC-style ads use AI presenters, not real human creators. Voy Media and Common Thread Collective both publish creator video services.
  • You want one agency for Google, Amazon, email or SMS. Knowlify works on Facebook and Instagram ads. Pilothouse, MuteSix and Structured each list several of those channels.
  • You want a forecasting and incrementality partner. Common Thread Collective publishes that as its core service.
  • You want a published price before any call. Top Growth Marketing publishes a fee range; Knowlify quotes after a call.

What do Meta's own systems mean for the agency you hire?

Creative variety. Meta's engineering team describes its Andromeda retrieval system as a personalized ads retrieval engine. Retrieval is the first stage of Meta's ad recommendation system, narrowing tens of millions of candidate ads to a few thousand. The same post expects the number of ad creatives to grow significantly as advertisers adopt generative AI tools, and says increased ad diversity can drive better advertiser outcomes. Ask each agency how many distinct concepts it delivers a month, separate from resized or re-cut variants.

Product data. Meta's Advantage+ catalog ads page says your product catalog now works across all sales campaigns and can automatically show product images or video based on what each person responds to best, but only when your product data is ready. Ask who maintains the product feed, its titles and its images.

Tracking. Meta's developer documentation describes the Conversions API as a connection from an advertiser's server, website platform, mobile app or CRM to Meta systems that optimize ad targeting, decrease cost per result and measure outcomes. Ask who owns this setup and who fixes it when events stop arriving.

Vertical video. Meta's Reels ads guidance says Reels ads with key messages in the safe zone, quality audio and vertical video see better results, and describes that format as 9:16 video with audio. Ask whether every video arrives in 9:16; our ecommerce video ads guide covers matching each format to the proof a product needs.

What should you ask an ecommerce Meta agency before signing?

  • Fit. What monthly ad spend and revenue do your current ecommerce clients have, and what is your floor?
  • Fees. What is the management fee, is creative included, and is any fee a percentage of spend?
  • Ownership. Will the campaigns run in an ad account my business owns, and do I keep every ad and raw file?
  • Creative counts. How many new concepts arrive each month, and how many variants of each?
  • Data. Who maintains the product catalog and the Pixel and Conversions API setup?
  • Terms. What is the first contract term, the notice period and any guarantee, in writing?

Our Facebook ads agency selection checklist expands these into a full interview checklist. If you want AI video ads made and your Meta campaigns run by one team, or creative-only for your own buyer, book a 30-minute call with Knowlify.

Key takeaways

  • Filter by published spend levels first: Common Thread Collective's Meta page invites brands spending $100,000 or more a month, while Top Growth Marketing's floor is $5,000 in ad spend (as of October 2026).
  • Decide whether you are hiring for media buying, creative or both, then compare agencies built for that job.
  • Only Structured and Top Growth Marketing publish prices in this comparison; the others quote privately.
  • Ask every finalist about concept counts, catalog upkeep and Conversions API ownership.
  • Knowlify fits AI video ad volume with optional Meta management, not briefs that need real creators or other channels.

FAQ

What is the best Facebook ads agency for a Shopify store?

It depends on spend. As of October 2026, Top Growth Marketing says its sweet spot is seven- and eight-figure DTC brands on Shopify, with a $5,000 monthly ad spend floor and published fees. Larger brands can compare Flighted, Pilothouse and Common Thread Collective, which publish higher spend levels or target established brands.

What are the top social media advertising agencies for ecommerce brands?

For Meta-led social advertising, this comparison covers seven agencies plus Knowlify. As of October 2026, MuteSix and Structured also list TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest, which suits brands that want several platforms handled together.

How much does an ecommerce Facebook ads agency cost?

Most agencies here do not publish prices. As of October 2026, Top Growth Marketing's FAQ lists $2,000 to $10,000 a month, and Structured lists pricing from $6,500 plus a percentage of spend. Ad spend is separate, so compare the fee as a share of your monthly media budget.

Does Knowlify use real creators in its UGC ads?

No. Knowlify's UGC-style ads use AI presenters, not real human creators. Its team writes the scripts and a person checks every ad before delivery. If your ads need real customers or creators on camera, compare a creator-led studio instead.
