Best Video Ad Agencies in 2026 for Facebook and Instagram

What are the best video ad agencies for Facebook and Instagram ads?

As of October 2026, compare Biddyco for Meta creative if you spend $100K+ a month, TubeScience for pay-for-performance creative and media, Chamber Media for creative plus management from about $5K to $10K a month, NewForm for creator ads with testing software, Lemonlight for filmed shoots, and Knowlify for weekly AI video ads.

As of October 2026, the best video ad agencies for Facebook and Instagram split by job: Biddyco makes Meta creative for brands already spending $100K or more a month on Meta, TubeScience pairs video production with media buying on a pay-for-performance model, and Chamber Media sells creative plus campaign management for about $5K to $10K a month at minimum. NewForm suits apps and consumer software, Darkroom suits multi-channel consumer brands, Lemonlight suits filmed commercial shoots, Harmon Brothers makes ads meant to build the brand and sell, and Knowlify makes AI video ads at weekly volume.

Disclosure and method. Knowlify publishes this guide and sells one of the services compared: done-for-you AI video ads for Facebook and Instagram, with optional campaign management. Every fact about the other agencies comes from that agency's own website, checked on October 26, 2026. We have not hired these agencies for this guide, so this is a comparison of published scope, pricing and terms, not a test of creative quality or campaign results. We left out the performance results agencies report about themselves. Prices and terms change, so confirm them with each agency before you sign.

How were these agencies chosen?

We started from the agency lists that AI answers cite most often for questions like "what are the best video ad agencies?" (two are published by Biddyco and NewForm, both included here), then kept agencies that make paid video ads, publish a clear service page and are currently operating. We compared what each makes, who runs the ads, who it serves, its published price and how often new ads arrive. We did not rank them by number; the table groups them by the job each one is built for.

If you are an early-stage company, our shortlist of video ad agencies for startups covers a different set of providers, and our guide to choosing a video ad agency walks through the selection process step by step.

Every figure in this table is the agency's own, checked October 26, 2026. The prices are not like-for-like: one is a monthly fee for creative and management, one is a starting price per production, and one is a performance-based model.

Which agencies make the video ads while your team runs them?

If you already have a media buyer or an in-house growth team, a creative-only partner leaves the ad account where it is.

Biddyco

As of October 2026, Biddyco describes itself as the creative agency for brands spending between $100K and $5M a month on Meta, with an address in Culver City, California, according to Biddyco's homepage. It handles concepts, scripts, creator casting, editing and motion graphics, in formats that include UGC, a UGC plus motion hybrid, motion and static ads. Its Meta page says a dedicated US-based team delivers finished files sized for each placement every two to four weeks, depending on the plan. Pricing is not published, and the page does not mention media buying.

Best for an ecommerce, CPG or tech brand already spending $100K or more a month on Meta that wants a senior creative team without moving its media buying.

NewForm

As of October 2026, NewForm describes itself as a New York company that sells three things: Framework, creative analytics and testing software that can be bought on its own; NewForm One, a managed creator program in which AI agents write creator briefs while NewForm runs creative direction and creator operations; and a full-service option. Its full-service page describes creative strategy, in-house production and testing, with media buying only when it is written into the scope. Formats include product demos, creator explainers, street interviews, UGC and statics. NewForm says it works with mobile apps, AI products, consumer software and DTC brands, and quotes every engagement on a custom scope, with usage rights agreed before kickoff.

Best for an app or consumer software advertiser that wants real creators plus a testing system that turns results into the next round of briefs.

Which agencies make the ads and run the campaigns?

If nobody owns your Meta campaigns yet, these three combine production with media buying.

TubeScience

As of October 2026, TubeScience describes itself as a performance creative partner and sells full-service creative and media. Strategy, production and post-production happen in its Los Angeles studio, and its performance media buying covers campaign management across web, shop, lead and brand objectives. It bills on a pay-for-performance model: according to its site, ads that beat your target earn budget, and ads that miss cost you nothing. Its FAQ says it looks for clients who can scale spend to seven figures a month when ROAS and CPA targets are met, and it avoids some categories, including tobacco and alcohol. No fee schedule is published.

Best for a large advertiser that wants creative volume and media buying tied to performance targets. Our TubeScience alternatives guide compares other routes to the same job.

Chamber Media

As of October 2026, Chamber Media is a performance marketing and creative agency in American Fork, Utah. Chamber Media's performance creative page lists short-form video under 60 seconds for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, long-form video for YouTube and CTV, UGC and static ads. Its homepage FAQ says to expect around $5K to $10K a month at minimum for creative, strategy and management, and that growth is difficult on less than $5K a month in media for local brands or $15K for national brands. It has no strict long-term agreements, clients own their ad accounts, and the homepage cites 1 to 2 week turnarounds. It says it works well with brands that have proven market fit and are positioned to scale.

Best for an ecommerce brand past product-market fit that wants one team for creative and campaign management, with a published fee range to budget against.

Darkroom

As of October 2026, Darkroom describes itself as an AI-native, full-service growth marketing agency for enterprise consumer brands, and lists New York among its hubs. Paid social sits inside a wider paid media service that also covers search, connected TV and retail media. Darkroom's performance creative page lists UGC, static, motion, high-production edits and AI ads designed for Meta and TikTok, with 250 to 600 production-ready assets per cycle and new content every two weeks. Its homepage says it typically serves brands with $10M to $500M in revenue that sell across several channels, and is a poor fit for single-channel brands or companies under roughly $5M. Pricing is not published.

Best for a multi-channel consumer brand that wants Facebook and Instagram video as one part of a wider growth program.

Which agencies make one-off commercials?

Some briefs need a crew, actors and a location, or one ad built to carry a campaign. Neither of these two publishes a weekly delivery cadence.

Lemonlight

As of October 2026, Lemonlight's video ad page describes a full-service commercial production partner for brands running paid media, covering scripting, casting, locations, on-set direction, editing and voiceover. For paid social it delivers vertical and square cuts, hook-first openings and captions for sound-off viewing, plus cutdowns and testing variants from the same shoot. It works with vetted local crews in more than 80 cities, and Lemonlight's homepage lists an address in Inglewood, California. Commercial styles start from $1,500 for curated work. Average timelines run from 3 to 8 weeks for curated videos to 5 to 12 weeks for scripted and studio shoots.

Best for a brand that needs real actors, a real location or a product filmed on set, and that can plan several weeks ahead.

Harmon Brothers

As of October 2026, Harmon Brothers, based in Provo, Utah, calls itself the original viral video ad agency and says it creates ads that both build the brand and sell, describing them as entertaining and informative. It does not publish pricing, packages or a production process; its work with us page asks for an application describing your product, what sets it apart and what success would look like.

Best for a brand that wants an ad built to grow the brand and drive sales at once, and is comfortable applying before any pricing is shared.

Where does Knowlify fit, and where does it not?

Knowlify (YC S25) is a done-for-you AI ads agency for Facebook and Instagram. We make AI UGC, 3D character animation and AI commercial video ads, about 25 finished ads a week, delivered in weekly batches. Our team writes the scripts, and a person checks every ad before delivery. You can choose end-to-end Meta ads, which adds campaign management in your own Meta ad account, or creative only if you have your own media buyer. You keep the ads. Pricing is a custom quote on a 30-minute call, the first batch arrives five days after kickoff, and there is a 90-day guarantee (terms on knowlify.com). Public examples include ads for Parva and Casco in our Facebook and Instagram video ad examples.

Knowlify is not the right fit when:

  • You need real people on camera. Our UGC-style ads use AI presenters, not real human creators or customers. Compare creator agencies in our best UGC agencies guide instead.
  • You need a filmed shoot. Actors, a location or a product demonstrated on set call for a production company such as Lemonlight.
  • You want one agency for every channel. If search, retail media and other channels matter as much as Meta, Darkroom's published scope is wider.
  • You want fees tied to ad performance. TubeScience publishes a pay-for-performance model; Knowlify's pricing is a custom quote.

Which of these are US agencies?

All seven agencies list US locations on their own sites, checked October 26, 2026: Biddyco in Culver City, California; TubeScience in Los Angeles; Lemonlight in Inglewood, California; NewForm in New York; Darkroom, which lists New York among its hubs; Chamber Media in American Fork, Utah; and Harmon Brothers in Provo, Utah. If it matters where your ads are made, ask who will actually make them.

What do video ad agencies cost?

From the published figures, checked October 26, 2026, Chamber Media gives the clearest number: around $5K to $10K a month at minimum for creative, strategy and management, with media spend on top. Lemonlight's commercial styles start from $1,500 for curated work, priced per production. TubeScience uses a pay-for-performance model without a published fee schedule. The others, Knowlify included, quote privately; Biddyco and Darkroom publish the spend or revenue range they serve instead.

Compare quotes on the same basis: distinct concepts and variants per month, formats, revision rounds, usage rights, who runs the campaigns and any minimum term. Our Facebook ad agency pricing guide breaks down the common fee models.

How does Meta's ad system affect which agency you hire?

Two points from Meta's own pages are worth building into the brief.

Format. Meta's Reels ads page recommends 9:16 vertical video with audio and key creative elements inside the safe zone, and notes that Reels default to sound on. In a Meta meta-analysis of 15 split tests of Reels-only campaigns, Reels ads built that way had 34.5% lower cost per result than image ads on Reels (checked October 26, 2026). Ask every agency whether it delivers 9:16 masters with sound designed in, not crops of a horizontal film.

Volume. Meta's engineering team describes Andromeda as a personalized ads retrieval engine that narrows tens of millions of ad candidates to a few thousand for ranking, and says it expects the number of ad creatives in its recommendation systems to grow significantly as advertisers use generative AI tools (published December 2024, checked October 26, 2026). Our reading, not Meta's claim: a program that keeps adding distinct concepts gives that system more options than one polished ad refreshed twice a year, which favors agencies with a regular delivery cadence for always-on campaigns.

What should you ask a video ad agency before signing?

  • Concepts versus variants. How many distinct ideas arrive each month, and how many are hook or edit variations?
  • Ad account. Who manages the campaigns, and in whose Meta ad account?
  • Rights. Can you keep running the ads after the engagement ends?
  • Cadence and term. When does the first batch arrive, how often after that, and what is the minimum commitment?

Key takeaways

  • Decide first whether you need creative only, creative plus campaign management, or a filmed production.
  • Published thresholds matter: Biddyco targets brands spending $100K+ a month on Meta, TubeScience looks for capacity to reach seven figures a month, and Darkroom typically serves brands with $10M to $500M in revenue.
  • Chamber Media publishes the clearest fee range; most others quote privately.
  • Ask every agency for 9:16 video with audio, Meta's own recommendation for Reels ads.
  • Knowlify fits weekly AI video ads; choose a creator agency or production company when real people or a set are essential.

FAQ

Which video ad agencies are best for performance marketing?

As of October 2026, TubeScience, Chamber Media and Darkroom combine video production with media buying. TubeScience bills on a pay-for-performance model, Chamber Media publishes a monthly fee range, and Darkroom fits multi-channel consumer brands. Biddyco and NewForm make performance creative for teams that run their own media.

Which agencies are best for short-form video ads on Facebook and Instagram?

As of October 2026, Chamber Media lists short-form video under 60 seconds for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, Darkroom designs UGC, motion and AI ads for Meta and TikTok, and Biddyco makes UGC and motion ads for Meta. Knowlify makes AI UGC, 3D animation and AI commercial ads. Lemonlight cuts vertical versions from filmed shoots.

Do video ad agencies run the ads too?

Some do. As of October 2026, TubeScience, Chamber Media and Darkroom sell media buying, NewForm includes it only when it is in the agreed scope, and Biddyco's Meta page does not mention it. Knowlify offers both creative-only and end-to-end Meta ads.

Is Knowlify a video ad agency?

Yes. Knowlify is a done-for-you AI ads agency for Facebook and Instagram that makes about 25 finished video ads a week and can also manage the campaigns. It uses AI presenters rather than real human creators and does not film live shoots, so the other agencies here fit those briefs better.
