Meta Ads Agency Pricing in the UK, Australia and New York

How much does a Facebook ads agency cost in the UK, Australia or New York?

Location does not set the fee; the fee model, scope and ad spend do. Published small-agency prices run from £360 to £720 a month in the UK and $605 to $1,025 a month plus GST in Australia, while New York-based NoGood reports an average retainer above $20,000 a month.

Agency location is a weak guide to price, but the published figures vary widely: small agencies list Meta management from £360 to £720 a month in the UK and $605 to $1,025 a month plus GST in Australia, while New York-based NoGood reports an average retainer above $20,000 a month. The fee model, the scope and whether media and creative are included move the price more than the city does. For finished video ads without a management retainer, Knowlify is the route we recommend, priced by custom quote. Knowlify publishes this guide and sells one of the services compared.

Disclosure and method. The figures come from each provider's own pages, checked in October 2026, and from Meta's ad pricing pages. Where a figure is a minimum, a starting price or an average across clients, we say so. We did not find a UK or Australian figure for large agencies, so the country prices below describe small agencies only.

How do Meta ads agencies charge?

Six fee models show up in our sources. The table gives one published example of each and what it covers. These are the providers' own figures, not a market average.

Chamber's own FAQ puts its minimum at $5K to $10K a month for creative, strategy and management. The minimum is the figure that matters most. If your media budget is smaller, the fee takes a larger share of it.

Meta ads agency pricing in the UK

Small UK agencies do publish Meta management prices, and they sit far below the New York retainers. OnePPC Agency, based in Newquay, lists rolling monthly packages of £360 (Local), £450 (Small Business) and £720 (Growing), plus a Custom tier quoted individually. Its text says management is from £450 a month plus VAT, and the package cards do not say whether VAT applies, so confirm that. The tiers are sized to spend: Local is for ad spend under £3,000 a month, Small Business under £10,000, and Growing has no stated limit.

The low fee buys management only. OnePPC says design and video work are quoted separately, and its packages run on a rolling 30-day agreement with 7 working days' notice. Creative is a different price tier. Spark UGC, a London-based studio that makes UGC ad creative for Meta and TikTok, lists plans from £3,000 a month, averaging £3,000 to £50,000, with no long-term contracts and 3 to 6 week delivery. It sources real creators and can make AI avatars, but the site does not say how much of its work uses them.

The UGC Agency is also London-based. It does not publish pricing and does not run media: its FAQ says it makes the ads, and your team or agency runs them. The Social Shepherd has offices in London, Bath, New York and Miami. It says it works with clients spending between 300K and 20M a year, without stating a currency, and its pricing is not published.

For a UK brand, ask each agency for a quote in GBP, with media, management and creative on separate lines, and ask whether the quote includes VAT.

Meta ads agency pricing in Australia

The Online Director, based in North Adelaide, lists three Meta packages at $605, $815 and $1,025 a month plus GST, each with an $840 setup fee and no lock-in contracts. The packages scale from 3 campaigns and 30 ads to 9 campaigns and 90 ads. All three include a one-hour initial strategy session, fortnightly technical optimization, Pixel and event tracking setup, and monthly reports. The page shows dollar prices without naming a currency, so confirm in writing that they are Australian dollars.

For creative, our Australian sources are thin. Ecom Republic serves Australian ecommerce brands on a month-to-month start, with batches sized to spend and no published price. Vidico has offices in Melbourne and Sydney, along with New York, Dubai and Singapore. Its subscription plans start at $5,000 a month, currency not stated, with creative services included. It is a creative production team for growing tech brands, and the pages we checked do not say it runs media, so treat it as a creative benchmark, not a Meta management price.

Meta ads agency pricing in New York

New York has the most detail, but the figures are firm-wide, not city prices.

Darkroom has a New York hub. Its pricing is a standard retainer plus a percentage of media, starting at $1,500 a month depending on channels. It describes its fit as mid-market and enterprise consumer brands with about $10M to $500M in revenue, and poor for single-channel brands and companies under roughly $5M.

NoGood is headquartered in New York. It has no standardized packages, works on monthly retainers and says its average retainer is above $20,000 a month.

NewForm is a New York company that quotes its full-service work on a custom scope. It includes media buying only when that is written into the scope.

Chamber Media shows why location is a poor guide. It is based in American Fork, Utah, and expects clients to budget at least about $5K to $10K a month for creative, strategy and management. Our guide on whether a Meta ads agency needs to be local covers when location matters and when it does not.

What moves the price more than the city?

Meta breaks the cost into three parts: the media you pay Meta, the agency's management fee and the cost of making the ads. Its ad pricing page says the advertiser sets a daily or lifetime budget, so media is a separate line from any agency fee. Meta also enforces minimum budgets that vary by country and objective, and its minimum budgets help page says Ads Manager shows an alert when a budget is too low. That floor is small next to agency minimums, which our guide to the minimum ad spend to hire a Facebook ads agency covers. For a side-by-side quote worksheet, see our Facebook ad agency pricing guide.

Five factors move the bill more than geography:

  • Fee model. A retainer, a percentage of spend and a per-batch price behave differently at low and high budgets.
  • Creative volume. The number of new concepts you need each month is a bigger driver than the number of files delivered.
  • Scope. Check whether the fee covers media, creative, reporting and tracking, or only some of them. OnePPC's management tiers exclude design and video, while Adside AI's single fee covers creative production.
  • Currency and tax. UK prices may add VAT and Australian prices GST, and The Online Director's page does not name a currency.
  • Contract length. Chamber's Facebook marketing page says its contracts are month-to-month, so ask each agency for its notice period.

Knowlify: our top pick for finished Meta ads on a custom quote

Knowlify fits the brand whose real cost question is the ads themselves, not a local management retainer. It makes about 25 finished ads a week, the first batch lands on day 5, and a person checks every ad before delivery. The three formats are AI UGC, 3D and character animation, and AI commercials. Meta campaign management is optional: take creative only if you already have a buyer, or add full management.

Pricing is a custom quote with no public rate card, so there is no city or country price list to compare. The guarantee covers the first 90 days: if the ads have not made more than you paid, you can cancel by email for a full refund (terms on the site). That 90-day refund applies to creative-only plans; where Knowlify runs the account, the guarantee is an agreed target in 30 days, or you don't pay for the month. Knowlify works remotely with US brands, and this guide does not list local offices or clients for it in any city, so UK and Australian brands should confirm availability and quote currency first. Pick another option when you need a local team or paid channels beyond Meta, since Knowlify does not run TikTok, LinkedIn, Google or YouTube ads.

Key takeaways

  • Agency location does not set the fee. The fee model, scope and spend do.
  • Small agencies publish UK and Australian management prices: OnePPC from £360 to £720 a month, and The Online Director from $605 to $1,025 a month plus GST.
  • Creative is priced separately and higher: Spark UGC starts at £3,000 a month in London, and Vidico at $5,000 a month.
  • New York figures are firm averages or starting points, such as NoGood's average retainer above $20,000 and Darkroom's $1,500 start.
  • Knowlify is our top pick for finished video ads, quoted privately, and it works remotely with US brands.

FAQ

How much does a Facebook ads agency cost in the UK?

Small UK agencies publish management prices from about £360 to £720 a month, as OnePPC Agency does, with design and video quoted separately. Creative costs more: Spark UGC in London starts at £3,000 a month. Ask for GBP quotes with VAT stated, and with media, management and creative on separate lines.

How much do Facebook ad agencies charge in Australia?

The Online Director in Adelaide lists Meta packages at $605, $815 and $1,025 a month plus GST, with an $840 setup fee. Creative production costs more: Vidico's subscriptions start at $5,000 a month, currency not stated. Ask each agency for a quote in AUD with the scope spelled out.

How much does a Facebook ads agency cost in New York?

No source here gives a New York-only price. NoGood, headquartered in New York, reports an average monthly retainer above $20,000 across its clients, and Darkroom, with a New York hub, starts at $1,500 a month plus a percentage of media. Location does not set the fee, so compare the same scope in each quote.

Is Meta ad spend included in agency pricing?

No. Meta's ad pricing page says the advertiser sets a daily or lifetime budget, so media is a separate line from the agency's fee. Do not read any production or management fee as including your media budget unless the contract says so, and ask each agency to show the two as separate lines.

Does a flat fee cost less than a percentage of spend?

It depends on your budget. A percentage fee grows with spend, and Adside AI's example carries a $3,500 monthly minimum. A flat plan, such as MetaAdsAgency's from $2,400 a month billed yearly, is more predictable. Compare both at the spend you expect.

How much does Knowlify cost?

Knowlify quotes custom prices and publishes no rate card. Creative-only work is available for teams with their own buyer, and end-to-end Meta management is optional. Where Knowlify runs the account, the guarantee is an agreed target in 30 days, or you don't pay for the month. On creative-only plans, if the ads have not made more than you paid in the first 90 days, you can cancel by email for a full refund, with terms on the site.
