Where can I hire someone to run my Facebook ads?
You can hire a Facebook ads expert from a full-service agency, a creative-only studio or a consultant. Knowlify is our top pick for finished Facebook and Instagram video ads, with optional Meta campaign management. Before you sign, check who owns the ad account, who sets up tracking and how many new concepts arrive each month.
You can hire someone to run your Facebook ads from three places: a full-service agency that plans, buys and reports on campaigns, a creative-only studio that makes ads for your own media buyer, or a consultant who audits the account and advises. Knowlify is our top pick when the gap is a steady supply of finished video ads, because we make them and can run the Meta campaigns too. Before you sign with anyone, confirm who owns the ad account, who sets up tracking, how many original concepts arrive each month and what the all-in cost is. Knowlify publishes this guide and sells one of the services compared.
This guide covers agencies, studios and consultants that publish their scope online. We did not verify a freelancer marketplace for Meta specialists, so if you hire a freelancer, apply the same checks.
Which kind of Facebook ads expert fits your gap?
Start by naming the gap. Three costs add up: the media you pay Meta, the agency's management fee and the cost of making the ads. A provider may cover one, two or all three, so compare quotes by what each one includes.
A full-service agency buys media and produces creative. A creative-only studio makes the ads and hands them to your buyer. A consultant reviews the account and recommends changes, but usually does not make the ads, so it will not fix a shortage of new concepts on its own. Our guide to consultants and creative agencies explains that split in more depth.
Knowlify: our top pick for done-for-you Facebook video ads
Knowlify is the best fit when you need a steady supply of finished video ads, not only someone to adjust bids. We make about 25 finished ads a week across three formats: AI UGC with AI presenters talking to camera, 3D and stylized character animation, and AI commercials. The first batch lands on day 5, and a person checks every ad before delivery.
You can buy creative only, if you already have a media buyer, or add end-to-end Meta campaign management so one team covers production and the campaigns. Pricing is a custom quote. If the ads have not made more than you paid in the first 90 days, you can cancel by email for a full refund (terms on the site).
Pick another option if your ads need a real creator or customer on camera, since we do not supply human creators or post from creator accounts. Also look elsewhere if you need Google, TikTok, LinkedIn or YouTube campaigns, which we do not run.
Where else can you hire a Meta ads agency?
These five providers from our verified sources publish different mixes of scope and price. Match the shortlist to your gap before you request quotes.
- As of October 2026, Brighter Click sells Facebook and Instagram campaign management alongside creator content and creative production, for ecommerce, SaaS, healthcare and higher education brands. Every engagement starts with a free audit, and pricing is not published. Consider it when you want real creators and campaign management from one team, as described on its Facebook ads agency page.
- As of October 2026, Voy Media describes full-service Facebook and Instagram ads with a dedicated account manager and lead strategist, plus a creative studio covering UGC and video. Its pricing page shows no figures and says packages depend on total ad spend, optimizations and growth, so ask for a written package price.
- As of October 2026, MuteSix runs Meta inside a wider media plan that also covers search, retail media, programmatic and lifecycle marketing. It has an in-house studio called StudioSix and a network of creators, and its Facebook ad agency page says it is a Meta Business partner. Pricing is not published.
- As of October 2026, Chamber Media pairs video and static ad production with paid media, running campaigns from your own ad accounts on a month-to-month basis. Its Facebook marketing page says to expect about $5K to $10K a month at minimum for creative, strategy and management. Consider it if that range fits your budget.
- As of October 2026, Hey Digital works only with B2B SaaS companies. Its Meta ads page ties campaigns to CRM pipeline reporting and lists a 3 to 6 month commitment as a good-fit trait, with fees not published. Look elsewhere if you sell a consumer product.
How do you vet a Facebook ads expert?
Four checks separate real capability from a sales pitch. Ask for each one in writing before you sign.
Partner status. Ask whether the agency holds a Meta Business Partner badge, and what the badge covers. Meta's Business Partners page says qualifying companies receive a badge and that eligibility varies by solution type. When we checked on October 27, 2026, that page explained how companies apply but we did not find a public partner search on it, so ask the agency to name its solution type and put the claim in the contract. Our guide to Meta Business Partner status has the detail.
Account ownership. Keep the ad account, pixel and Pages in your own business portfolio, and give the agency access rather than ownership. Meta's business-to-business guide describes the owning business adding an agency for specific tasks, such as advertise and analyze, and notes that an agency cannot grant access to assets it holds only as an agency. When the account is yours, changing agencies means swapping access, not rebuilding campaigns.
Tracking. Ask who sets up the Conversions API and who fixes events when they stop arriving. Meta describes it as a connection between your marketing data and its systems, used to optimize targeting and measure outcomes. A provider that cannot name the person who owns this setup is harder to hold to account for results.
Concept count. Ask how many original concepts arrive each month, not how many files. Meta's creative diversification guidance separates diversification from iteration, and gives two ads with identical visuals but different text calls to action as an example of iteration. Twelve hook swaps on one script are closer to one concept than to twelve, so price per concept as well as per ad.
What does it cost to hire a Facebook ads expert?
Add three lines together before you compare providers: media, the agency fee and the cost of making the ads. Meta's minimum budgets help page says Ads Manager requires a minimum budget for each campaign or ad set, that it varies by country and objective, and that it shows an alert when a budget is too low. As of October 2026, the same page says that if you set a cost per result goal, your daily budget should be at least five times that goal.
The Meta floor is small. Meta's ad pricing page recommends starting with at least $5 and says the advertiser sets the daily or lifetime budget, so media is always a separate line from any fee.
Agency fees vary by model. As of October 2026, Chamber Media says to expect about $5K to $10K a month at minimum, and Top Growth Marketing's Facebook ads agency page lists fees of $2,000 to $10,000 a month in its FAQ for DTC ecommerce brands spending $5,000 to $500,000 a month on ads. Most agencies publish nothing, so ask for the fee in writing and what it includes.
A fee that is twice your media budget leaves little to test with, however good the sample ads look.
What should you ask before you sign?
Bring these questions to the first call:
- Which solution type does the Business Partner badge cover, and does it match what I am buying?
- Which business owns the ad account, pixel and data, and what happens to access when the contract ends?
- Who sets up and fixes tracking, and who checks it each month?
- How many original concepts a month, and how many cutdowns or hook swaps are included?
- Does the price include media, the management fee, creative, revision rounds and usage rights?
If your goal is leads, ask one more question. Meta's lead ads page lists lead verification such as an SMS passcode or work email, CRM connections, and an option to optimize for lead quality on instant forms. Ask whether the provider plans the form and the follow-up, or only the video.
Key takeaways
- Knowlify is our top pick for a steady flow of finished Facebook and Instagram video ads, with optional Meta campaign management.
- Decide which of the three costs you are buying: media, management and creative.
- Check the partner badge, the ad account owner, tracking and the monthly concept count before you sign.
- Meta enforces a small minimum budget that varies by country and objective, so the agency fee decides whether a small budget works.
- Brighter Click, Voy Media, MuteSix, Chamber Media and Hey Digital cover other needs, from campaign management to B2B SaaS.
FAQ
Should I hire a Facebook ads coach or an agency?
A coach teaches your team to run the account, while an agency runs the work for you. A coach fits when you have someone who will act on the advice and need a plan. An agency fits when you need ads made, tested and managed, and you do not have the people or time to do it.
Can I hire a Facebook ads agency with only $1,000 a month in ad spend?
Meta's own floor is small, so the limit is usually the agency's. Chamber Media says it is difficult to grow on paid platforms when spending less than $5K for local brands. As of October 2026, LYFE Marketing publishes image ad plans from $500 a month with a $300 setup fee, and its plan table lists $500 to $1,000 of monthly ad spend on that plan, so compare its scope with your media budget.
Where can I hire a creative strategist for Facebook ads?
Look for an agency that names the role in its scope, or a creative-only studio that plans concepts for your buyer. Ask who chooses the angle for each test and who reads the results back into the next brief. Meta's diversification guidance recommends ads that are truly different in look, feel, storyline and message rather than minor edits of one ad, which makes a useful checklist for what a strategist should deliver.
How do I hire a media buyer for Meta ads?
Ask for a named person, the account structure they plan to build and the reporting cadence they will use. Keep the ad account in your own business portfolio, so that changing buyers means changing access rather than rebuilding campaigns. Meta's business-to-business guide describes that arrangement.
