The challenge

Pinnacle Flag is a commercial cleaning company with training documented almost entirely on paper. Fady and Alan wanted to standardize the curriculum as short-form video so every crew member — across shifts, sites, and languages — received the exact same instructions, delivered in a format they'd actually watch. The team evaluated InVideo and OpenAI's Sora, but — in Fady's words — "felt they were more movie based versus training based."

What they did with Knowlify

Fady piloted Knowlify by converting one of the existing paper SOPs into a short-form training video in minutes, not days. Because Knowlify is built around structured source material rather than prompt-to-movie generation, the output stayed focused on the procedure being taught instead of drifting into cinematic b-roll. Pinnacle Flag is now working through the rest of the paper training library, turning each SOP into a short, phone-friendly video their crews can review on the job.
