How much do I earn per referral?+
You earn 25% of the first payment on every subscription that starts through your link. There is no cap on how many people you refer.
What if my referral pays for a year up front?+
You earn 25% of that first payment too, which makes yearly referrals worth far more.
What does it cost to join?+
Nothing. The program is free, there is no minimum number of referrals to stay in it, and you do not need to be a paying Knowlify customer to take part.
How are my referrals tracked?+
You get a unique link. When someone follows it to knowlify.com or create.knowlify.com, the signup is attributed to you, and you can see what your link has generated.
When and how do I get paid?+
Commission is earned once your referral’s first payment clears, which keeps payouts clean of refunds and failed charges. We confirm your payout method and schedule when your application is approved.
Who is a good fit for the program?+
Anyone with an audience that makes or commissions video: creators, educators, agencies, consultants, L&D and HR communities, and software reviewers. You do not need a huge following, you need an audience with a reason to make video.
Can I refer my own account?+
No. Commissions are for new customers you introduce to Knowlify, so purchases on your own account, including on a second email address, do not qualify.
Can I promote my link with paid ads?+
Ask us first. We do not allow bidding on Knowlify brand terms in search ads or anything that could be mistaken for official Knowlify marketing, because it competes with our own campaigns and confuses buyers.
Where do I get logos and brand assets?+
Email [email protected] and we will send you logos, product screenshots, and sample copy you can use. Please do not alter the logo or present yourself as Knowlify.
