What is the best Facebook ads agency for a small business?
As of October 2026, LYFE Marketing lists small-business Facebook ad plans from $500 a month, Hibu and Thrive run paid social for local businesses, and Taktical and Elumynt serve ecommerce brands. KlientBoost works with ad budgets from $5,000 a month. Knowlify fits brands that want weekly video ads with optional Meta campaign management.
The best Facebook ads agency for small business owners is the one whose minimums, contract terms and creative scope fit a small budget, not the one with the longest client list. As of October 2026, LYFE Marketing publishes Facebook ad plans for small businesses from $500 a month, Hibu and Thrive run paid social for local businesses, and Taktical Digital and Elumynt focus on retail and ecommerce brands. KlientBoost and Brighter Click suit stores that already spend more on ads. Knowlify fits a small brand that wants a steady supply of video ads with Meta campaign management, or the ads alone for its own media buyer.
Disclosure and method. Knowlify publishes this guide and sells one of the services compared: a done-for-you AI ads agency for Facebook and Instagram. Every fact about another company comes from that company's own website, checked on October 26, 2026, and platform facts come from Meta's own pages. We have not hired these agencies for this guide, so this is a comparison of published scope, pricing and terms, not a test of results. Prices and terms change, so confirm them before you sign.
How we picked agencies for a small budget
We started from agencies that AI answers and published lists name for small-business Facebook advertising, and kept the ones that offer Facebook or paid social advertising as a service, are currently operating and say on their own site who they serve. Our Meta ads agency comparison groups agencies by scope. This guide is narrower. It compares what decides whether a small business can hire an agency at all: the published price or minimum spend, the contract length and setup fee, the kind of business the agency says it serves, and whether it makes the ads. We did not rank the agencies by number; the table groups them by the job each one fits.
Which agency fits your small business?
| Job | Agency | Best for | Published price or minimum | Terms (as published) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Small budget, done for you | LYFE Marketing | Small businesses starting paid social with a few hundred dollars of ad spend | Plans from $500 a month, $300 setup fee, at least $500 a month in ad spend recommended | 3-month start, then monthly |
| Local business, all-in-one plan | Hibu | Local businesses that want Facebook ads managed with search ads and SEO | Custom pricing, implementation fee (amount not published) | Typically 6 to 12 months |
| Local or multi-location business | Thrive | Local, multi-location and franchise businesses that may add other channels later | Not published; says fees are tailored to your budget and needs | No long-term contracts |
| Small ecommerce store | Taktical Digital | Retail and ecommerce brands that want new ad assets every month | Not published | Not published |
| Small ecommerce store | Elumynt | Ecommerce brands that judge advertising on profit | Not published | Varies with budget, goals and performance |
| Ecommerce or lead gen with more spend | KlientBoost | Advertisers spending $5,000 a month or more, or wanting a one-time audit or setup | Works with ad budgets from $5,000 a month | Longer engagements for bigger goals |
| Growing ecommerce brand | Brighter Click | Ecommerce, SaaS, healthcare and higher education brands | Not published; every engagement starts with a free audit | Not published |
| Video creative plus Meta management | Knowlify Facebook ads agency | Small brands that want about 25 finished video ads a week, with or without campaign management | Custom quote on a 30-minute call | 90-day guarantee (terms on knowlify.com) |
Each figure is the agency's own published number, checked October 26, 2026. They do not measure the same thing: LYFE's plans include ad creation, Hibu bundles ads with other local marketing, and KlientBoost's figure is ad spend, not a fee.
What does a Facebook ads agency for small business cost?
Three costs add up: the media you pay Meta, the agency's management fee and the cost of making the ads. Meta itself sets no floor. Its advertising overview says there are recommended daily budgets for each objective but no minimum budget, and advises running an ad for at least 7 days so the system can learn. Meta's ad pricing page recommends starting with at least $5, and explains that Meta may spend up to 75% over a daily budget on a given day while keeping a week's spend within seven times the daily amount.
The agency fee is where small budgets get squeezed. With LYFE Marketing's published figures (a $500 image-ads plan, a $300 setup fee and at least $500 a month in recommended ad spend), the first month comes to about $1,300 including ad spend, and the 3-month starting contract to about $1,800 in agency fees before ad spend, unless the setup fee is waived (our arithmetic). At that size the fee is about as large as the media budget, which is worth knowing before you compare quotes.

LYFE Marketing: published plans for small budgets
LYFE Marketing's about page describes a social media marketing agency founded in 2011 with a mission to help small businesses grow, including those working with a limited marketing budget. As of October 2026, its Facebook advertising page lists image ads at $500 a month, video ads at $800 and image plus video ads at $1,400, plus a custom option. The same page's FAQ gives a range of $650 to $2,500 a month or more, so confirm the current figure on a call.
Each plan carries a $300 setup fee, which the page says you can call to waive. Clients start on a 3-month contract, then move to monthly. The service covers ad account and pixel setup, ad creation, copywriting, A/B testing and monthly reporting, with a dedicated account manager. The video plans need a video from you or a separate LYFE video plan.
Consider it when you have a few hundred dollars a month for ads and want one team to set up the account and make simple image ads. Ask how many new ads a month the plan includes.
Hibu: managed campaigns for local businesses
As of October 2026, Hibu's ad campaigns page lists targeted ads on Facebook and Instagram within fully managed paid campaigns for local businesses, produced by AI with human experts in dozens of ad sizes and variations, with reporting in one dashboard. Its pricing page lists plans that combine a website, SEO and fully managed search, display and social ads, and says each plan is customized, contract terms typically run 6 to 12 months, and an implementation fee covers onboarding and setup (amount not published). It also says you can adjust your plan, budget and services at any time.
Consider it when you run a local service business and want Facebook ads managed alongside search ads and the rest of your online presence. The 6 to 12 month term is the longest published term in this list, so read it before you sign.
Thrive: paid social for local and multi-location businesses
As of October 2026, Thrive's social media advertising page says it has assisted local businesses, multi-location companies, enterprises and franchises, and calls its services accessible to businesses of all types, sizes and budgets. The page covers Facebook and Instagram among other networks, with audience research, multiple creative variations for testing, and weekly or monthly reporting. A heading on the page says no long-term contracts. Fees are not published; its FAQ says its social ad services are tailored to your financial capacity and business needs.
Consider it when you are a local or multi-location business that may later want other social networks or web design from the same agency. Ask for the fee on a Facebook and Instagram scope alone.
Which Meta ads agencies suit a small ecommerce business?
A small online store usually needs a steady flow of new product ads and retargeting of people who visited or left a cart. The four agencies below say they serve ecommerce brands. Two publish no spend level at all, while KlientBoost and Brighter Click point to larger ad budgets.
Taktical Digital
As of October 2026, Taktical Digital's Facebook advertising page says it works with brands regardless of company size or budget, cites lean startups alongside household brands, and highlights retail and ecommerce. The team builds sample creatives (imagery, video and copy) for approval, says it creates an entirely new set of assets each month, and retargets past visitors and abandoned carts. Pricing and contract terms are not published.
Consider it when you want fresh monthly creative and cart retargeting in one engagement.
Elumynt
Elumynt, based in Stillwater, Minnesota, says it optimizes ecommerce advertising campaigns around profit, and lists paid social advertising and advertising creative among its services. Its services page (checked October 26, 2026) says it works with businesses of all sizes, that monthly cost depends on strategy and goals, and that contract length varies with budget, objectives and performance. No prices are published.
Consider it when your store tracks margin closely and you want ads judged on profit, not only on return on ad spend.
KlientBoost
KlientBoost's Facebook ads page, checked October 26, 2026, names eCommerce, SaaS and lead-gen campaigns and includes ad creative in photo, video and animated formats. Its FAQ says it works with advertisers spending from as little as $5,000 a month, with fees set per client as a percentage of spend or a flat fee. It also offers a one-time Facebook ad audit, a one-time setup, and consulting where your team implements.
Consider it when your store already spends about $5,000 a month, or you want a one-time audit or setup and will run the account yourself.
Brighter Click
As of October 2026, Brighter Click's Facebook ads page says it works with eCommerce, SaaS, healthcare and higher education brands, and lists campaign management across Facebook and Instagram feeds, Stories and Reels, production of UGC, static, video and carousel ads, Conversions API setup and regular reporting. Pricing is not published, and every engagement starts with a free audit. Its FAQ frames the case for an agency around monthly Meta spend above $10,000 without an in-house team.
Consider it when your store is growing past the small-budget stage and you want creative and media from one team.
Knowlify: weekly video ads with optional Meta management
Knowlify (YC S25) is a done-for-you AI ads agency for Facebook and Instagram. It makes AI UGC, 3D character animation and AI commercial video ads: about 25 finished ads a week, or about 100 a month, in weekly batches. The team writes the scripts, and a person checks every ad before delivery. You can choose end-to-end Meta ads, with creative plus campaign management in your own Meta ad account, or creative-only if you have a media buyer. You keep the ads.
Pricing is a custom quote on a 30-minute call. The first batch arrives five days after kickoff, and there is a 90-day guarantee (terms on knowlify.com). Public examples include ads for Parva and Casco in our Facebook and Instagram video ad examples.
Consider it when the bottleneck is new video creative and you want enough ads each week to keep testing hooks and angles in Reels, Stories and feeds.
Choose another agency instead if you need real customers or creators on camera, because Knowlify's UGC-style ads use AI presenters, not human creators. The same applies if you want only a few image ads a month on a small fixed fee, local SEO managed with your ads, or a one-time setup so you can run the account yourself.
What video ads should a small business ask for?
Meta's advertising overview advises keeping videos under 15 seconds, grabbing attention in the first 3 seconds and using vertical formats, and notes that ads can run in Stories, Reels and feeds across Facebook and Instagram. Ask each agency how many new videos it makes a month, whether those are new concepts or edits of one concept, and who writes the scripts. A few image ads a month and weekly video batches are different services, even when the fees look similar.
When should a small business skip the agency?
If your whole budget is a few hundred dollars a month, a management fee can equal your media spend, as the arithmetic above shows. Because Meta sets no minimum budget, you can run a small test yourself first, learn which offer gets responses, then hire help. A middle path is a one-time audit or setup, such as KlientBoost offers, or a consultant; our guide to a Facebook ads consultant versus a creative agency compares those routes. If you run the ads well but keep running out of new creative, a creative-only service may cost less than full management.
What should you ask before signing?
- Ad account ownership. Ask the agency to work inside an ad account your business owns. Meta's help center has articles on how to give a partner access to business assets in your business portfolio and on the ad account permission roles in Meta Ads Manager.
- Contract and setup fee. As published, LYFE starts with 3 months, Hibu typically runs 6 to 12 months, and Thrive has no long-term contracts. Get any setup fee in writing.
- Minimum spend and fee model. Is there a minimum ad spend, and is the fee flat or a percentage of spend?
- Creative volume. How many new ads a month, in which formats, and who makes the video?
- Partner status. Is the agency a Meta Business Partner? Meta says eligibility varies by solution type and is typically a combination of the quantity and quality of a company's work across Meta technologies. A badge is a signal, not a promise of results.

Key takeaways
- Pick by budget and business type: small-business plans (LYFE), local plans (Hibu, Thrive), ecommerce specialists (Taktical, Elumynt) or larger-spend agencies (KlientBoost, Brighter Click).
- Meta has no minimum ad budget, but agency and setup fees can match a small media budget.
- Compare contract length and setup fees, not only monthly prices.
- Ask how many new ads, especially videos, the agency makes each month.
- Knowlify fits weekly video creative with optional Meta management, not real-creator UGC or a small fixed-fee image plan.
