Which video ad agencies are best for SaaS ads on Facebook and Instagram?
As of October 2026, Hey Digital and Understory pair B2B ad creative with paid media that includes Meta. ContentBeta ($3,000 a month) and Vidico (from $5,000 a month) sell video subscriptions, Komet Media turns webinars into Reels ads, and Sandwich makes launch films. Knowlify makes about 25 AI video ads a week, with optional Meta management.
The right SaaS video production agency for Facebook and Instagram depends on which job is missing: someone to run your Meta campaigns and make the video, a studio that makes video for your own media buyer, or a single launch film. As of October 2026, Hey Digital and Understory sell B2B paid media with creative made by their own teams; ContentBeta, Vidico, Komet Media and Superside make video and ad creative without describing campaign management on their sites; and Sandwich makes launch and explainer films for technology companies. Knowlify makes AI video ads every week, with optional Meta campaign management.
Disclosure and method. Knowlify publishes this guide and sells one of the services compared. Every fact about another provider comes from that provider's own website, checked on October 26, 2026, and is linked where it appears. We have not hired these providers for this guide, so this is a comparison of published scope, not a test of quality or campaign results. Prices and terms change, so confirm them with each provider before you buy.
How we chose and compared these providers
We started with providers named in the SaaS ad creative roundups that AI answers cite for this question, then kept those whose own sites describe video or ad creative for software or technology companies. We left out the large brand agencies those roundups also name, because we did not check their sites for this guide. For early-stage companies outside SaaS, see our roundup of video ad agencies for startups.
We compared video formats, stated SaaS or tech focus, published pricing and terms, and whether each provider runs your Facebook and Instagram campaigns. We did not rank them by number, because the right choice changes with the job; the table groups them by the job each one fits.

Which agencies run SaaS Meta campaigns and make the video too?
These two sell paid media with creative included, for SaaS teams with no one running Meta yet.
Hey Digital: Meta campaigns and video for B2B SaaS only
As of October 2026, Hey Digital says it works only with B2B SaaS companies. Its Meta page says the team builds the strategy, produces the creative in house and connects every Facebook and Instagram campaign to CRM pipeline, with Conversions API setup and pixel events mapped to demo requests, trial starts and signups. Its SaaS video page lists product demo, feature launch, short and micro, UGC-style and testimonial videos, built per platform (4:5 for Meta, 9:16 for Stories and Reels), and says the team handles the creative and the media buying. It specializes in animation, screen capture and UGC, not live-action commercials with actors and a film crew. Pricing is not published. The fit checklist on its Meta page asks for a 3 to 6 month commitment, and both pages list companies before product-market fit as a poor fit.
Consider it when you want one SaaS-only team to own Meta strategy, video and pipeline reporting. Its pages do not say whether video is sold without media management, so ask if you have a buyer.
Understory: creative bundled into multi-channel B2B paid media
As of October 2026, Understory's homepage describes paid media, GTM engineering, LinkedIn content and RevOps for B2B tech companies from seed to IPO. Its paid media service runs campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Reddit, X and Substack, with ad creative and landing pages made by its team: ten hours of design a month and unlimited copy variations, starting with thought-leader ads, then static and animation. The fee is a flat retainer, never a percentage of ad spend, tiered by monthly spend from Seed (under $50K a month) to Enterprise ($300K and up); the fee itself is not published. Its homepage says most engagements run six months, or four for smaller or earlier-stage companies. The paid media page does not mention video by name.
Consider it when Meta is one channel in a wider B2B program and you want creative bundled with media. Our B2B paid social agency guide covers how to judge a media partner on lead quality and the CRM handoff.
Which studios make SaaS video ads for your own media buyer?
These providers' sites describe making the video, not running the campaigns, so plan for your own team or agency to run them.
ContentBeta: a fixed monthly price for SaaS video and static ads
As of October 2026, ContentBeta describes itself as a creative production partner for B2B SaaS and AI companies, with offices in Sunnyvale, California and Mumbai. Its ContentBeta ad creative page lists video ads (product demos, customer testimonials, founder videos, UGC and feature launches) alongside static, carousel and motion ads, for channels including LinkedIn and Meta. Its pricing page lists a one-off video at $2,000, including script, storyboard, product UI animation, voiceover, 2 revision rounds and two social or ad cuts, with a 10-day turnaround. The typical monthly output listed for the $3,000 a month subscription includes a one-minute demo video, two 15-second motion video ads and two static ads, among other items. The pages describe creative production, not campaign management, and the pricing page says you own the copyright.
Consider it when you have a media buyer and want a predictable monthly price for SaaS video and static ads.
Vidico: explainer, product and animated video for tech brands
As of October 2026, Vidico calls itself the creative production team for growing tech brands. Its site lists explainer and product videos, 2D and 3D animation, ad and social creative, UGC and live-action filming, and its FAQ lists offices in Melbourne, Sydney, New York, Dubai and Singapore. The FAQ also says subscription plans start at $5,000 a month with all creative services included, and that explainer videos range from $5,000 for simple 2D animation to $20,000 and up for high-end 3D or live action. Its Vidico ad creative page describes video and static ads with options for A/B testing. The pages we checked do not say Vidico runs media.
Consider it when a polished explainer or product video will anchor your Meta ads and your team runs the campaigns.
Komet Media: Reels and Stories ads from webinars and podcasts
As of October 2026, Komet Media calls itself a B2B video growth partner that works from existing podcasts, webinars and events, or builds video from scratch, for B2B SaaS, AI-native companies and funded startups. Its Instagram ads page says it produces Reels ads, Stories ad creative and in-feed video ads that read on mute with captions, delivered ready for your ad account or media buyer. It says its focus is the creative, working alongside your media buyer, and does not say it runs campaigns. Its published plans include a $1,799 Clips only plan with five clip edits (no billing period stated), a $2,499 a month plan with 10 clips a month and an $8,499 a month plan with 30 or more pieces a month; credits start at $499 for one piece of source content, returned as a hero snippet and five short clips within 5 days.
Consider it when your company already records webinars, podcasts or founder talks and wants them cut into short Meta ads for your buyer.
Superside: a large creative subscription that includes video
As of October 2026, Superside's pricing page says subscriptions start at a $15,000 monthly minimum on an annual term and come as Flex or Dedicated plans. Dedicated starts at $30,000 a month on a 12-month term, and both plans carry a $1,000 monthly software fee. Its services include social video, motion and performance marketing creative with variants, alongside design and localization.
Consider it when you have a large, steady creative workload and video ads are one part of it. Our Superside alternatives guide compares other options by scope, commitment and workload.
Who makes video for a SaaS product launch?
Decide first whether the launch needs one flagship film or a set of short ads. As of October 2026, Sandwich describes itself as a Los Angeles video production company that makes launch and explainer films for technology companies, shown through digital channels and broadcast TV. Pricing is not published, and its site does not describe ad testing or campaign management, so plan who will cut short versions for Meta.
For short launch ads instead of a film, Hey Digital lists feature launch videos and short and micro ads, and ContentBeta lists feature launches among its video ad types (both as of October 2026). Whoever you hire, write the brief first; our video ad campaign brief gives a template.
How do you choose a SaaS video production agency for Meta?
Judge a provider by whether its video fits how Meta delivers and measures ads, not only by its showreel.
Format. Meta's Ads Guide for video recommends a 4:5 ratio for Facebook Feed video and marks captions and sound as "optional, but recommended." Ask which ratios each provider delivers and whether every file has captions, so a product explanation still works with the sound off.
Length. For in-stream video ads, Meta's video ad format page says ads can run from 5 seconds to 10 minutes but generally recommends a 15-second maximum. SaaS products take longer to explain, so ask for short cuts that each make one point, and keep the full demo for the landing page.
Measurement. Meta describes the Conversions API as a connection between an advertiser's marketing data (such as website events, app events and offline conversions, sent from a server, website platform, mobile app or CRM) and the Meta systems that optimize ad targeting, decrease cost per result and measure outcomes. For SaaS, the events that matter (a demo held, a trial that converts) often happen in the CRM days after the click. A creative-only studio usually does not set this up, so agree who will.
Lead quality. If your video sends people to an instant form, Meta's lead ads page lists lead verification tools such as SMS passcode and work email, an option to optimize for lead quality, and CRM connections. Ask whether the provider plans the form and the follow-up, or only the video.
Then ask every finalist the same questions:
- Who writes the script, and who checks product accuracy and claims?
- Which assets must your team supply, such as screen recordings?
- How many distinct concepts arrive each month, and how many are variations?
- Who owns the files, and who runs the ads and decides the next batch?
What does SaaS video ad production cost?
From the published figures above (checked October 26, 2026), entry prices run from $499 for one Komet Media credit to a $15,000 monthly minimum at Superside, with ContentBeta ($2,000 a video or $3,000 a month), Komet Media's $2,499 monthly plan and Vidico (from $5,000 a month) in between. Hey Digital, Understory, Sandwich and Knowlify do not publish fees.
These figures are not like for like. Compare proposals on the same unit: finished ads you can run on Meta each month, distinct concepts, revision rounds, rights and who runs the campaigns. Our guide to Facebook ad agency pricing explains the common fee structures.
When is Knowlify the right fit, and when is it not?
Knowlify (YC S25) is a done-for-you AI ads agency for Facebook and Instagram. We make AI UGC, 3D character animation and AI commercial video ads, about 25 finished ads a week (about 100 a month, in weekly batches). Our team writes the scripts, and a person checks every ad before delivery. You can choose end-to-end Meta ads management, with creative and campaign management in your own Meta ad account, or creative only for your existing media buyer. You keep the ads.
Pricing is a custom quote on a 30-minute call. The first batch arrives five days after kickoff, and there is a 90-day guarantee (terms on knowlify.com). Our UGC-style ads use AI presenters, not real human creators. Public examples for Parva and Casco are in our Facebook and Instagram video ad examples.
Knowlify is not the right fit if you need real customers, employees or creators on camera, a live-action launch film shot with a crew, or one agency to manage LinkedIn, Google and Meta together. For film, compare Sandwich or Vidico; for multi-channel B2B media, compare Hey Digital or Understory. An AI presenter is not a customer, so it should never be scripted as a personal testimonial.
Key takeaways
- Decide first who will run your Meta campaigns. That splits this list into agencies that run media and studios that only make video.
- Published prices buy different units, so compare finished ads per month, concepts and revisions.
- Ask for 4:5 and vertical versions with captions, and short cuts that each make one point.
- Agree who sets up the Conversions API and CRM events, because a creative-only studio usually does not.
FAQ
What does a SaaS video production agency do for Meta ads?
It plans, scripts and produces the video ads that run on Facebook and Instagram, such as product demos, feature launches, animation and UGC-style ads. Some also run the campaigns and connect results to your CRM; others deliver files to your media buyer.
How much does a SaaS video ad agency cost?
As of October 2026, published entry prices in this guide range from $499 for one Komet Media credit to a $15,000 monthly minimum at Superside, with a one-off ContentBeta video at $2,000. Hey Digital, Understory, Sandwich and Knowlify do not publish fees. Your Meta ad spend is separate.
Should a SaaS company hire one agency for video and media?
If nobody runs your Meta ads yet, one agency for both keeps creative and results in one place. If you already have a media buyer, a creative-only studio or plan usually fits better. Either way, agree who decides the next batch.
Can AI presenters work in B2B SaaS ads?
They can deliver a brand script as a spokesperson, such as explaining a feature or answering a common objection. They should not be presented as customers. Use real people when a customer's own experience is the proof.
